Soemadipradja & Taher had the pleasure of supporting the PT Astra Honda Motor Legal Gathering, which was held in Lampung on Thursday, 16 October 2025.
The event, which was also attended by representatives of KPPU Kanwil II, featured two knowledge-sharing sessions delivered by S&T:

• Exclusive Distribution: Challenges, Risks, and Compliance with Indonesia’s Competition Law
  Presented by Partner Verry Iskandar and Senior Associate Valeri Soekarno, the session provided an overview of competition law in Indonesia, with a focus on exclusive distribution practices, entry barriers, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Corporate Crimes under Law No. 1 of 2023 on the New Criminal Code (KUHP)
  Presented by Partner Romi E. and Senior Associate Adam Sutan, this session discussed the definition and scope of “corporation” under the new Criminal Code, key differences with PERMA 13/2016, the expansion of criminal liability, corporate accountability, sanctions, and implications for businesses.

Further, S&T Associates Helen Levana and Annisa Elda Syahrani acted as the event’s Master of Ceremonies and session moderator, respectively.
