• Represented PT Astra Honda Motor, one of the largest motorcycle companies, in competition litigation matters before the KPPU, the District Court [Commercial Court], and the Supreme Court, on allegations of cartel conduct with another motorcycle company and alleged tying agreements for lubricant products, also provided advise on intellectual property, consumer protection, and licensing matters.
• Advised and represented for numerous domestic and international clients on compliance with various aspects of the Indonesian competition law and dealing with KPPU, including handling pre-notification and post-notification requirements and assessing potential risks of breaches of the Indonesian competition law relating to proposed transactions.
• Advised for several clients in intellectual property issues arising from corporate actions, including mergers, acquisition of shares and assets, consolidation, and liquidation, and various clients in providing advice regarding safe harbour provisions in relation to intellectual property infringements and consumer protection.
