Romi is a seasoned litigator and legal advisor with a strong track record in handling complex, high-profile commercial cases for multinational corporations in various industries, including property development, land acquisition, petroleum, mineral and coal mining, renewable energy, plantations, and the environment.
Beyond litigation and dispute resolution, Romi is the firm’s leading practitioner for intellectual property and general tax-related matters, and has experience handling competition law tribunal cases, product liability cases, criminal investigation, complex court issues and arbitral proceedings within Indonesia and abroad.
