Soemadipradja & Taher recently shared legal insights on mitigating corporate crime under the new Indonesian Criminal Code (New ICC) in a knowledge sharing session held by PT Astra Honda Motor. The session aimed to strengthen  its participants’ understanding of the New ICC and its relevance to corporate criminal liability.

Our Partners Verry Iskandar and Romi Emirat, together with Senior Associate Adam Sutan, delivered a presentation on key aspects of the New ICC, including corporate criminal provisions, the Business Judgment Rule and the fundamental principles of prevention and response in mitigating criminal risks. The session also covered important considerations for companies when addressing potential criminal exposure and strengthening internal governance frameworks.
