Soemadipradja & Taher (S&T) Partners, Verry Iskandar and Avindra Yuliansyah, along with Senior Associate, Dimas Koencoro Noegroho, were recently invited as speakers at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMMAN)’s internal knowledge sharing session held at the company’s site in Sumbawa.

The session featured three key topics:

• Data Privacy Protection – presented by Avindra Yuliansyah Taher, who provided a comprehensive overview of the legal framework for personal data protection and its practical implications for businesses.
• Employment – presented by Dimas Koencoro Noegroho, who offered general insights into the employment relationship in Indonesia, along with updates on recent practices and emerging trends in this area.
• Procurement of Goods and Services from a Business Competition Perspective – presented by Verry Iskandar, highlighting competition law considerations in procurement processes.

The event, conducted in a hybrid format, was attended by participants from multiple AMMAN divisions. Each speaker received a variety of questions from the audience, reflecting the participants’ engagement and interest in the topics discussed. The speakers addressed these questions by providing practical explanations and relevant regulatory insights, thereby demonstrating their expertise and deep understanding of their respective fields.
