BIOGRAPHY

Since joining Soemadipradja & Taher in 2006, Dimas has acted for Indonesian and international clients on various employment matters including terminations, fixed-term employment agreements, HR audit, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and labour unions, as well as representing clients in bipartite, mediation and industrial relations court hearings in relation to employment disputes.

With an extensive expertise in employment law, Dimas has often been engaged to speak in employment workshops by companies and institutions, as well as to conduct in-house workshops.

Dimas holds the position of Head of Research and Development of the Indonesian Labour Law Consultant Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia), ensuring that he is constantly up to date with developments in employment regulations.

Dimas is the first point of contact on employment matters.
