• Advised a global private equity firm in a US$1.5 billion bid-sale process for Indonesian healthcare and hospital assets owned by a multinational conglomerate.
• Supported a leading international investment firm in a US$500 million bid-sale process for Indonesian consumer goods assets from local founders.
• Advised prominent global and regional investment funds on their US$90 million Series-C investment in an innovative local agri-tech company and subsequently represented a major international expansion fund in the company's US$200 million Series-D investment round.
• Effectively provided legal expertise for Sequoia Capital on their US$35 million series–C investment in Stockbit (an Indonesian investment community platform for investors and traders).
• Provided expert legal advice to AC Ventures, on their series–A investment in Waste4Change, a social enterprise that offers services in waste management in an environmentally friendly and responsible approach.
• Played a key role in advising for Lemonilo, a tech–based fast moving consumer goods company focusing on healthy, natural, and affordable foods, on their seed, series–A, series–B, and series–C investments from Alpha JWC, Sequoia Capital, Unifam Capital, and Sofina Group.
• Provided effective legal advice to B Capital Group, on their series–B investment in the Payfazz group (an agency–based financial platform that facilitates digital transactions and payments).
• Effectively acted for Prosus Group, on their series–B investment in Ayoconnect, Southeast Asia’s largest financial API platform which enables developers to choose from a wide range of white–label financial products on Ayoconnect’s API platform and quickly launch them to their users.
• Represented aSingapore–based venture capital firm in its Series B funding of a digital healthcare platform featuring a mobile app and website allowing patients across Indonesia to hold live consultations with doctors, order medications from participating pharmacies, as well as order lab tests to be carried out at home.
