We are pleased to share that we participated in PT Pertamina Patra Niaga’s “Legal Preventive Programme – Legal Counsel of the West Java Region” on 5 February 2025.

This event was conducted in two sessions, each covering a topic of direct relevance to a company's business. The first session presented on the topic “Strict Liability in Environmental Civil Disputes”, with Partner Romi E. and Senior Associates Adam M. Sutan and Adirama Tri Satrio Wirawan sharing their extensive knowledge on the subject. Through the discussion of relevant cases, they provided the audience with deeper insights and practical perspectives.

The second session, led by Partner Avindra Yuliansyah and Associates Rahel Naomi Panggabean and Sahda Edgina Nahdah, addressed Indonesia’s personal data protection (PDP). They provided valuable insights into the evolving regulatory landscape of PDP and its impact on businesses, covering key aspects such as a general overview of PDP and the obligations of data controllers.
