Soemadipradja & Taher is pleased to share that two of our Senior Associates, Maria Amanda and Anandianty Febrina recently participated as keynote speakers at the 12th Internal Contract Drafting Competition of Universitas Indonesia seminar. Associate Rahel Naomi Panggabean moderated the session. Their presentation focused on foreign investment in Indonesia's mining industry, covering an overview of foreign investment, the legal aspects of the investment process, and issues within the sector. The seminar was held in a hybrid format and took place at Soemadipradja & Taher’s office.
