• Advised a prominent Japanese construction company on its proposed development of a >10MW power generator and integrated electricity business activities.
• Assisted the Shimizu Corporation on the development of a number of real estate construction projects, which involved the preparation of joint venture agreements and handling of issues relating to land transfer and property, the establishment of a real estate developer company in Indonesia, and the development of its serviced apartment building project which is in exclusive cooperation with one of the top real-estate management companies in Japan.
• Assisted Hong Yuh Assets Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of one of the largest steel producers in Taiwan, on the acquisition of shares in two nickel mining companies, which invloved the subsidiary on the development of a nickel smelter and refining facility and several proposed land acquisitions in Indonesia.
• Assisted PT Hutama Karya (Persero), an Indonesian state-owned company engaged in the construction business, and PT Doosan Heavy Industries in relation to a legal due diligence exercise on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of a 2x1,000MW power plant project in Indonesia.
