Amanda joined Soemadipradja & Taher in 2013.
Amanda assists various national and multinational companies in numerous projects and commercial transactions. Her main areas of practice include general corporate and investment, mergers & acquisitions, energy and resources, and anti-corruption.

WORK HIGHLIGHTS
- Advised Indonesian and multinational companies on merger and acquisition transactions, including merger control and anti-trust analysis.
- Advised various Indonesian and multinational companies on general corporate and investment matters, including company establishment, structuring and establishment of joint ventures, and the drafting of joint venture agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
- Advised an international financial institution on reviewing its Environmental and Social Standards (ESS) in the context of the applicable Indonesian laws and regulations (focusing on the requirements that are relevant to the road sector) and preparing summary reports highlighting the key differences between the ESS requirements and the Indonesian Environmental and Social frameworks.
- Advised Indonesian, international and multinational clients from a wide range of business sectors on compliance with Indonesian antibribery and anticorruption laws and regulations.
