Soemadipradja & Taher is pleased to share that it participated in PT Pertamina (Persero)’s Legal Knowledge Sharing session, titled "Synergy and Business Alignment of PT Pertamina (Persero) Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies," held on 17 February 2025.

Partner Verry Iskandar, Senior Associate Valeri Soekarno, and Associate Helen Levana shared their insights during the session. This legal knowledge-sharing session aimed to build a shared understanding among Pertamina’s stakeholders regarding synergy and business alignment within Pertamina's subsidiaries and affiliated companies. The session explored how to ensure a legal framework in implementing these activities, outlining the necessary processes for successful implementation, and highlighting the key actions and considerations required for effective synergy and business alignment.
