Our Competition Law partner, Verry Iskandar, recently shared legal insights at the “Legal Sharing Knowledge-Synergy Booster Forum 2025” hosted by PT Pertamina (Persero). He focused on the topic of synergy among state-owned enterprises from a competition law perspective.  Verry was assisted by Senior Associate, Valeri Soekarno, in presenting legal views, offering in-depth understanding and practical insights on the significant changes affecting state-owned enterprises following the issuance of Law No.1 of 2025 on a third amendment to the state-owned enterprises law.

This forum aimed to provide PT Pertamina (Persero) and its sub-holding entities with a comprehensive understanding of competition law in relation to the new synergy concept applied to state-owned enterprises, including its implementation and the mitigation of potential legal risks related to competition.
