The session, titled "Penyelesaian Piutang Macet dengan Upaya Gugatan Hukum Perdata dan Pencairan Jaminan (Settlement of Bad Debts through Civil Claims and Liquidation of Collateral)", focused on legal strategies for handling bad debts and covered topics which included general civil claims, small claims (gugatan sederhana) and other available legal remedies.
