• Advised the Indonesian Ministry of Finance (MoF) on a series of high-profile global bond issuances of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Advised PT Saka Energi Indonesia (Saka), the upstream subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN), Indonesia’s national gas company, on Saka’s issuance of bonds to the value of US$625m to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
• Advised CGIF (Credit Guarantee & Investment Facility – ASEAN’s First Healthcare Social Bond), a Trust Fund of the Asian Development Bank, on the guarantee provided for the issuance of a groundbreaking SGD100 million Social Bond by First Real Estate Investment Trust.
• Advised Rosneft Oil Company on the establishment of a US$19 billion joint venture company with Indonesian oil and gas state-owned enterprise Pertamina, and on a broad range of post-establishment matters affecting this joint venture company.
• Advised International Finance Corporation (IFC) – Refinancing of Loan, on the review and renegotiation of a facility agreement for PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk, a publicly listed Indonesian company.
• Advised various multinational corporations on the establishment of a presence or company in Indonesia and obtaining the required permits.
• Advised various national and international banks on regulatory and compliance matters.
