Dimas Koencoro Noegroho, who is noted for specialising in Employment Law at Soemadipradja & Taher, recently was a speaker in a webinar hosted by Sisi Hukum to discuss “Employment Law and Industrial Relations”, in which he presented essential information on two different employment agreement types (i.e., fixed-term and permanent employment agreements), employee rights and termination procedures. The webinar audience was comprised of individuals from various backgrounds, including private-sector employees and university students.
