The session delivered a practical overview of key considerations when investing in Indonesia, covering legal and regulatory aspects of foreign direct investment. It also explored the mechanisms for enforcing court judgements and arbitration awards, an essential topic for cross-border investors seeking dispute resolution certainty in the Indonesian jurisdiction.
