Adirama has acted for Indonesian and international clients on various dispute resolution matters, including general litigation and international arbitration, with a particular focus on construction and environmental disputes.

WORK HIGHLIGHTS
- Acted as co-counsel for a leading provider in the mining and steel-making industry in a UNCITRAL arbitration concerning a dispute over construction contracts, with the disputed amount reaching up to $2,15 billion.
- Represented the joint venture company operating Southeast Asia’s largest Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) technology project before Indonesian courts in a class-action environmental damage claim.
- Acted as co-counsel for the a subsidiary of a major Japanese integrated trading and investment conglomerate in one of the very first Emergency Arbitration applications under the SIAC Rules 2025, in connection with parallel bankruptcy litigation.
- Represented the Indonesian unit of a French multinational integrated oil and gas company at the BANI Arbitration Centre in a dispute arising from an EPC contract for the construction of offshore platforms.
- Represented an Indonesian subsidiary of a leading Japanese automotive manufacturing company in a consumer compensation lawsuit before the Central Jakarta District Court.
