Soemadipradja & Taher Partner Denia Isetianti Permata, Senior Associate Vinton Rasil Taris, and Associate Aveninta Maria Rosalin recently shared their expertise in a Carbon Trading Legal Training session for Dassa (PT Merdeka Sejahtera Persada), a consulting company engaged in various carbon projects. The training was aimed at enhancing the participants' understanding of carbon trading from a legal perspective.

Our team delivered a comprehensive overview which covered the concept and practice of carbon trading mechanisms under IDX Carbon, legal due diligence exercises, legal document checklists, contracts, issuance credit flow, and regulatory compliance for carbon projects.
