A member of Soemadipradja & Taher’s corporate practice group, Vinton has advised Indonesian and international clients on various matters including compliance and governance for private and public companies, strategic advisory for corporate actions, due diligence exercises, joint venture transactions, cross border M&A transaction, and preparing initial public offerings (IPO).

WORK HIGHLIGHTS
- Advised PT Ifishdeco Tbk, an Indonesian company engaged in the mining and smelting of nickel ore, in relation to its IPO which was valued at approximately US$13 million.
- Advised r Wasco Greenergy Berhad in relation to its IPO on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, with proceeds of up to RM75 million.
- Advised a Japanese joint venture company on the purchase of assets for a Transit-Oriented Development project, which included apartments and commercial properties.
- Advised a major Malaysia-based multinational conglomerate with diverse business interests across the Asia Pacific region on its acquisition of an automotive distribution business in Indonesia.
- ● Advised SPIL Ventures, a corporate venture capital firm, on its proposed investment in Liquid8, Indonesia's first sustainable liquidation specialist.
- Advised an international bank, based in Hong Kong on international swaps and derivatives transaction issues and ISDA agreement translations.
