On Tuesday, 30 July 2024, our Competition & Antitrust Partner, Verry Iskandar was invited to speak at a public seminar titled "Implementasi Praktik Resale Price Maintenance dalam Sistem Distribusi Penjualan Barang Berdasarkan Hukum Persaingan Usaha (“Implementation of Resale Price Maintenance Practices in the Distribution System of Goods Sales Under the Competition Law)". The seminar was organised by Hukumonline at Ashley Hotel, Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta.

Verry, along with Mr. Aru Armando (Vice Chairman of the Indonesia Competition Commission (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha, KPPU) and Dr. Martin Daniel S., S.E., M.Sc.Ec (an academic of economics from the University of Padjadjaran), discussed various topics related to ‘Resale Price Maintenance’ as regulated by the Competition Law. By engaging with the speakers at this event, we hope that business practitioners gained a clearer understanding of the business competition law, allowing business activities to develop and expand while maintaining fair business competition in Indonesia.
