We are pleased to share that our Rahmat Soemadipradja and Adam Sutan participated in the 2nd International Legal Forum on Collection of Domestic and Foreign Debts, organised by Hylands Law Firm in Beijing on 28 March 2025.

This international forum brought together legal professionals and industry experts from various jurisdictions to exchange insights and best practices on debt collection, enforcement mechanisms, and cross-border recovery strategies.

Our lawyers shared their knowledge of debt collection in Indonesia from the corporate and litigation law perspectives. Rahmat Soemadipradja emphasised the importance of pre-lending due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and reputational strategies. Adam Sutan discussed key litigation aspects, including court enforcement challenges and bankruptcy as an alternative recovery tool.
