Soemadipradja & Taher recently collaborated with the Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) to hold the ICCA Counsel Lounge 2025 on Thursday, 25 September 2025, with the theme “The Counsel’s Guide to Competition Law: Lessons and Pitfalls.”

In the main session, moderated by Ilham Yusmaperdhana, Deputy Head of Membership Relations at ICCA, our Partner Verry Iskandar delivered insights on key aspects of Indonesian competition law, covering its objectives and principles, prohibited practices, as well as case studies from different industries along with their mitigation strategies.

The session was followed by a dynamic Q&A, where participants exchanged experiences and perspectives on the practical challenges of applying competition law in their respective sectors.
