We were pleased to support the Legal Preventive Program (LPP) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) organised for PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sulawesi, with our Senior Associate, Adam Sutan, acting as moderator.
Held on Monday, 3 August 2026 in Makassar, the session explored key aspects of criminal risk mitigation and corporate decision-making. The discussion focused on practical approaches to strengthening internal compliance, supporting Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, and fostering prudent decision-making across business operations.
