During the workshop, which focused on the implementation of electronic signatures and electronic stamps in agreements with third parties, Avindra and Krishna explored the legal frameworks surrounding electronic signatures and electronic stamps, in particular discussing the validity, legality, and evidential weight of such signatures and stamps in judicial proceedings.
