Soemadipradja & Taher is pleased to announce that our partner, Denia Isetianti, recently participated as a keynote speaker at a training session on the Laws of Energy and Mineral Resources 2024 (TERM 2024), with the theme “The Keys to a Sustainable Transition Mechanism through Carbon Trading”. Organised by the Business Law Society, Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, the event took place at the Aula Terapung Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. As a lawyer with a specific focus on carbon trading, Denia shared her expertise and knowledge to expand the participants’ understanding of carbon initiatives in Indonesia, including regulations, activities, and recent case laws related to carbon projects.
