One of Soemadipradja & Taher (S&T)’s lawyers recently contributed to a key strategic event related to legal capacity building organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia: “Penguatan Koordinasi dalam Pembentukan Produk Hukum di Lingkungan Kementerian Luar Negeri Tahun 2025.”
Senior Associate Pratiwi Anas, had the privilege of presenting a session on “Penyusunan Nota Kesepahaman dan Perjanjian Kerja Sama,” offering practical insights on best practices in drafting Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and cooperation agreements.
This discussion was held in a hybrid format and was joined by officials and diplomats from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as Indonesian representatives at embassies (KBRI) and consulates (KJRI) across the globe. It aimed to enhance coordination, sharpen legal drafting skills, and ensure greater consistency with regulatory frameworks across Indonesia’s diplomatic missions worldwide.
