Soemadipradja & Taher is pleased to share that our Partners Emalia Achmadi and Denia Isetianti Permata recently took part in PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA)’s focus group discussions for its stakeholders. At this event, the Partners presented their expertise and knowledge on the topic of regulations in the capital market sector such as POJK No.17/2020 on Transaksi Afiliasi & Benturan Kepentingan and POJK No.42/2020 on Transaksi Material & Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha. This sharing session was aimed at enhancing understanding of the concept and implementation of these two regulations.
