Soemadipradja & Taher Partner Denia Isetianti Permata was recently involved as a trainer in a Financial Sector Legal Consultant Training Programme jointly organised by Hukumonline and the Financial Sector Legal Consultants Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan, HKHSK) which was held on Saturday, 18 October 2025 at the offices of Hukumonline.

In her session on the topic of “Carbon Trading and Exchange”, Denia shared insights on the legal and regulatory aspects of carbon trading in Indonesia, covering the sector’s background and legal framework, understanding of carbon units as securities, trading mechanisms on the Carbon Exchange, and case studies on carbon transaction supervision.

We are pleased to have contributed to this programme and to be able to support a broader understanding of Indonesia’s carbon trading regulations.
